ANNE HATHAWAY, ‘GLEE’ CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR
This season, Glee has had its share of big celebrity guest stars, from Academy Award winner Gwyneth Paltrow to singer/dancer Britney Spears. The show keeps attracting major celebrities. Well now you can add one more name to that list. Anne Hathaway, who has starred in many hit movies including The Princess Diaries and The Devil Wears Prada, is set to guest star on Glee later this season. Hathaway will play the long lost aunt of Kurt (Chris Colfer) who also happens to be gay.
There have been many different theories surrounding Hathaway’s involvement on the show. Rumors have it that her encounter with show creator/producer Ryan Murphy at the Golden Globes in early January and/or simply her desire to be on the show may have led to a role for her. We caught up with Hathaway, who set the record straight about how she got involved with Glee.
