JENNIFER ANISTON ALMOST TURNED DOWN FRIENDS?
Could anybody imagine Jennifer Aniston not portraying Rachel Green on the NBC legendary comedy series Friends? It almost didn’t happen.
On Wednesday while promoting her latest movie Just Go with It, Aniston and her co-star Adam Sandler were on The Oprah Winfrey show where the actress revealed she was offered to join the cast of Saturday Night Live. Aniston told Winfrey “Yeah, you know, I had this show ‘Friends’ coming up and I thought, ‘Yeah, “Saturday Night Live”?” She went on to say people thought she made a huge mistake for not joining SNL.
It’s a good thing Aniston trusted her instinct because Friends was a hit for all of its ten seasons. Catch Aniston in her new movie Just Go with It which opens in theatres February 11th.
