The 21-year-old Georgian defeated Jessica Sanchez to become the 11th “American Idol” winner tonight, winning the majority of the 132 million votes cast after Tuesday night’s performances.

Right after his win, Fox All Access executive producer Robin Whitaker caught up with Phillips backstage at the Nokia Theater to find out how he was doing and what he was thinking after his big victory.

‘HOUSE’ ALL GONE, EXCEPT FOR THE GREAT MEMORIES

Now that “House” has — figuratively and literally — ridden off into the sunset, all we’re left with are memories of those 177 episodes.

And for the cast, well, it’s pretty much the same. Except their memories are more about making the show than watching the show.

After it was all over, after “cut!” had been called on the set for the final time, we caught up with the cast on the red carpet of the show’s wrap party.

So which memories will Hugh Laurie, Omar Epps, Robert Sean Leonard, Peter Jacobson, Odette Annable, Amber Tamblyn, and creator David Shore treasure most? Can they pick just one? Watch the video and find out.

JENNIFER LOPEZ SAYS SONG CHOICES WILL WIN ‘IDOL’

Phillip Phillips and Jessica Sanchez, this season’s American Idol finalists, are currently preparing for tonight’s live finale from the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, Ca. While Phillips’ laid back demeanor and innovative song interpretations are reminiscent of a younger version of Dave Matthews, Sanchez’s powerhouse voice should give her a solid career as a pop/R&B star. American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez believes this year’s top two are among the more diverse contestants they had in the competition this year, and she believes song choice will be an integral ingredient in their success.

Jessica Sanchez and Phillip Phillips perform on Tonight 8/7 and the winner will be crowned Wednesday night 8/7 central on FOX.

VIOLA DAVIS ‘BACK’ WITH NEW MOVIE: HERE’S THE TRAILER

Viola Davis received an Oscar nomination last year for her stirring work in The Help, and this year she aims to pull our heartstrings one more time with Won’t Back Down. Inspired by a true story, the picture, co-starring Maggie Gyllenhaal, centers on two women determined to take over a school and make a profound change in education. The trailer has that feel good movie kind of vibe, and it should connect with viewers with Davis and Gyllenhaal steering the ship.

Won’t Back Down opens in theatres September 28.

BRUCE BOXLEITNER BACK WITH NEW ‘TRON’ TOON, MOVIE

Although it was great to see Bruce Boxleitner once again in Tron: Legacy, the beloved Tron character wasn’t prominently featured in the movie. Tron was an important piece of the puzzle in the original 1982 sci-fi picture, which has grown a devoted following over the years. The good news, however, is another Tron film is in the works, and Boxleitner is reprising his role as Tron in the new animated series, Tron: Uprising.

In the meantime, check out Tron: Uprising, which premieres on Disney XD June 7th.

‘GLEE’ CAST REVEAL THEIR MOST GLEEFUL MEMORIES

It’s been an amazing ride for many of the cast members of ‘Glee’.  In just three short seasons they’ve experienced more than most actors and actresses experience in a career. Think about it:  Overnight success, dedicated fans, world tours, hanging out with Oprah, performing for the President, a movie, magazine covers, chart-breaking record sales, numerous awards - and that’s just stating the obvious. Unfortunately, for some of the cast, those experiences are going to come to a halt as the show’s finale leaves the seniors of McKinley High graduating and moving on.  We caught up with the cast earlier this month and asked each of them to share which “Glee” moments, on or off the stage; they would cherish the most.  Take a look.

So what’s been your favorite Glee moment? Did you see the cast while they were on tour?  What lasting memory do you have of the show to date? Let us know! Then make sure you tune in and say goodbye when the seniors of McKinley High graduate on “Glee.”  It’s at a special time this Tuesday night, after part one of the “American Idol” finale, at 9/8 Central on Fox.
