At the heart of the movie, of course, is a love story. Zac’s character comes back from the war and seeks out a woman who he doesn’t know, although he holds a highly special connection with her. Zac Efron and Taylor Schilling star in “The Lucky One,” which opens in theaters tomorrow.

RYAN REYNOLDS DISCOVERS THAT IT’S NOT EASY BEING ‘GREEN’

It’s going to be a big summer for Ryan Reynolds. He’ll be starring in the big-screen adaptation of DC Comics’ “Green Lantern,” which opens on June 17. Reynolds is no stranger to superhero movies, having co-starred with Hugh Jackman in “X-Men Origins: Wolverine.” However, this is his first time starring as the title character, which brings a lot of additional pressure — not only is he being relied upon to open a huge summer movie, but his portrayal of the Green Lantern will inevitably be scrutinized by fans of the original comics. but this is his first time playing the lead in a movie like that. Starring is any big summer movie has to be to be nerve racking, but starring in a beloved comic book movie adds on to the pressure. We spoke to Reynolds and asked if he’s feeling any of that pressure.

RUSSELL BRAND IS PROUD OF ARTHUR

This Friday, Russell Brand stars in the title role of the remake of the 1981 comedy, Arthur, which originally starred the loveable Dudley Moore as a rich drunk looking for true love. The film also starred Liza Minnelli, and Sir John Gielgud, and earned Gielgud an Academy Award for best supporting actor.

TODD PHILLIPS: ‘THE HANGOVER: PART II TURNED OUT PRETTY EPIC’

Ever since it was announced that there would be a sequel to the 2009 hit comedy, The Hangover, many have questioned if the film will actually be good, or if it will instead follow in the footsteps of several other comedy sequels which have been sub par, like Caddyshack II, Airplane 2, and The Blues Brothers 2000.

We spoke to Director, Todd Phillips, who directed the first Hangover film, and both directed and wrote the sequel. Phillips told us that the sequel will be good, and explained why it is called The Hangover Part II, instead of The Hangover 2.

WHY RUSSELL BRAND REMADE THE CLASSIC 80′S COMEDY ARTHUR

Some of the best comedies of the last thirty years were made in the 1980′s. One of those movies was Arthur in 1981 which starred the late great Dudley Moore, who played a loveable, drunk millionaire who was looking for love.

Zack Snyder is one of the busiest directors and producers in Hollywood. His new action movie, Sucker Punch opens in theatres this Friday, March 25th. Snyder will next be concentrating on his new project, Superman: Man of Steel. Snyder will be directing the film, and Christopher Nolan, who has directed Batman Begins and The Dark Knight, will be producing.

There are many questions about this film, and people are wondering whether it will be a reboot, or an origin story. When we spoke to Snyder, he told us that we have to put the prior Superman movies out of our minds. (Click on the audio player to hear Zack Snyder) Zach Snyder

VANESSA HUDGENS ENJOYED THE ACTION IN SUCKER PUNCH

We are use to seeing Vanessa Hudgens in teen movies, such as Beastly, Bandslam and the High School Musical movies. Well, Hudgens is ready to make the jump into a new genre. Hudgens will next be seen in the action movie, Sucker Punch.

BATTLE: LOS ANGELES DESTROYS THE WEEKEND BOX OFFICE COMPETITION

As everyone expected, Battle:Los Angeles dominated at the box office this weekend taking in $36.0 million. The film received mostly positive reviews, and the special effects were amazing. There was no doubt Battle: Los Angeles would take the top spot, it was just a matter of much it would earn.

The family animated movie, Rango, which claimed last weeks top spot, fell to second place grossing $23.1 million. This is not bad considering three other movies, Red Riding Hood, Battle: Los Angeles, and Mars Needs Moms, all opened this weekend.

Red Riding Hood finished in third place pulling in a very disappointing $14.1 million. The film received mostly negative reviews, despite having a likeable cast led by Amanda Seyfried.

Rounding out the top five at the box office were the romantic thriller, The Adjustment Bureau, starring Matt Damon and Emily Blunt, which came in forth place earning $11.5 million, and the disappointment of the weekend was the Walt Disney animated family film, Mars Needs Moms, making only $6.8 million in the fifth place spot.
